SLS uses a high-power laser to fuse nylon powder layer by layer, creating parts with isotropic mechanical properties and no need for support structures. This means you can print complex internal channels, interlocking assemblies, and lattice structures that would be impossible with FDM or traditional manufacturing.
Unlike FDM and SLA, SLS parts are self-supporting during the build — surrounded by unsintered powder. This unlocks true design freedom: internal channels, moving assemblies printed in place, and complex organic shapes with zero compromise on geometry.
Choose from four proven nylon powders: PA 12 for all-round performance, PA 11 for superior impact resistance, PA 12 Glass-Filled for maximum stiffness, and TPU for flexible rubber-like parts. All deliver consistent, isotropic properties throughout the part.
