How are parts packaged to prevent damage during shipping?

Each part is individually wrapped in protective material and packed in rigid boxes with sufficient cushioning. Fragile or high-precision parts receive extra protection. We take packaging seriously to ensure your parts arrive in perfect condition, regardless of destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also check your order status at any time through your account on our website. If you have questions about your delivery, our support team is happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe and internationally. Delivery times outside the Netherlands typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Contact us for specific delivery estimates to your region or for expedited international shipping options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and invoice payments for business customers with approved credit. Payment is processed securely through our website. For large or recurring orders, we can discuss custom payment terms to fit your procurement workflow.

How is 3D printing pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on several factors: part volume and bounding box size, selected material and technology, quantity (volume discounts apply), layer resolution and print quality settings, and any required post-processing or finishing. Our instant quoting tool calculates all of this automatically when you upload your file — no surprises.

What post-processing and finishing options are available?

We offer several post-processing options including support removal and cleanup, sanding and smoothing, dyeing and coloring (for SLS/MJF nylon parts), vapor smoothing for enhanced surface finish, and assembly of multi-part components. Specific options depend on the material and technology used. Let us know your surface finish requirements when ordering.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Standard tolerances vary by technology: SLS and MJF typically achieve ±0.3 mm or ±0.3% (whichever is greater); SLA achieves ±0.1–0.2 mm; FDM achieves ±0.3–0.5 mm. Tighter tolerances may be possible depending on geometry and material. We recommend including critical dimensions in your file notes so we can prioritise them during production.

Can I order multiple parts in different materials in one order?

Yes. You can upload multiple files and configure each part with its own material, technology, and finish. Everything ships together in a single order, which saves on shipping costs and simplifies your procurement process.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We handle everything from a single prototype to batches of 500+ parts. Our on-demand model means there is no minimum order quantity — you pay only for what you need, when you need it.

How do I place an order?

Simply upload your 3D CAD file on our website to receive an instant quote. Select your preferred material, technology, quantity, and finish. Once you confirm, production starts immediately. You can also contact us directly for complex projects that require a custom quote.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?

Yes. We understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard confidentiality agreement before you share any files or project details. All uploaded files are stored securely and only accessed by our production team.
